Greeting Alternatives
19 Answers
Due to the corona virus many people have put hugs, handshakes and kisses etc on hold.
My brother showed me an alternative greeting yesterday, that someone had showed him.
which I believe is known as the "foot shake" .
The foot is lifted and tapped on the other persons foot, right to left, then left to right.
Do you think it will catch on ?

Just been speaking to a church-going relative of mine who told me that, in the service today, they all shook hands at the Peace Be With You part. Then, they drank out of the same communion cup and, at the end of the service, hugged as they said their goodbyes.
I would have done none of those things, to be honest.
