you know when someone kind of raises their fists and jolts/juts their head at a person - sort of like a threat, like saying watch it, or i'll hit you.
its kind of to make the other person flinch.

is there a word or phrase for that?

i was describing an episode of something to someone where they kept doing that and i couldnt think how to say it haha

its all of those things, but so are lots of other things - this is very specific action, its so hard to explain - haha!

it was in Series 2, episode 2 of Workaholics, 'Dry Guys'
about 15 mins in, Blake does this to Adam, after he pushes his book out of his hands and adam does it back.

it is specifically - fist up slightly, and they get pulled back, as the head juts forward, its takes literally a second to do.
