Apologies, sqad. I’ve certainly done the former, but not the latter.
//Well which is it "little" or "none" and if it is little then how little?//
Depends on the source, sqad. I based my opinion on the WHO report which came out in about June or July 2020. However, almost any study you read indicates that a high rate of compliance is necessary for face coverings to prevent spread. We no longer have that high rate of compliance. Face coverings are now a placebo measure and in my view, for many reasons (not least that most people used unsuitable variants, wore them incorrectly and treated them wrongly) that’s possibly the best they ever were.
As far as repetitiveness goes, I rarely pose questions on AB. I prefer to respond to them. If the same question is posed, it will receive the same answer.

I haven't worn a mask unless the law required me to do so. We've been here before. Masks are just therapeutic and ineffective. They weren't compulsory during the first lockdown in 2020, and infection rates fell dramatically. They were compulsory in late 2021, and infection rates rose dramatically.
Masks do nothing except make you think you're protecting yourself. If you want to wear one, then wear one. If you don't, then don't.
