Epstein supplied girls to 'entertain' his friends or others who could afford it.
Jimmy Saville was a dirty filthy slimeball who assaulted young girls, and disabled people who couldn't run away.
I don't think I can recall anyone who was as disgusting as Saville.

1ozzy Air Miles Andy, Randy Andy, names he was called many many years ago, in fact, this case with Virginia happened many many years ago. Are you going to hold this against him for the rest of his life?
As I said earlier, King Charles is going to need all the help he can get and I hope he does find that Andrew could be given something to do, surely.

King Charles, like Queen Elizabeth before him, now has the task of protecting the monarchy.
That was behind the stripping of Andrew's titles, and his effective removal from the public face of the Royal Family.
He is too toxic in reputation, and too stupid personally, to be trusted to be in a position where he can speak to the nation on behalf of the monarchy.
That is why he will remain ousted publicly, maybe less so personally as time passes, we will have to wait and see.
If Andrew wants to have a shred of hope of a return, he needs to seriously address his public image, by doing something positive and useful with his time, and he shows no sign of doing that any time soon.

If Andrew is so innocent and badly treated, then ...
Why did Andrew stay in Jeffrey Epstein's mansion for three days in 2010, after Epstein's conviction for sex offences against a minor?
Why did Buckingham Palace suspend Andrew's public duties "for the foreseeable future", which looks like forever now?
Why did Andrew give no cooperation with federal prosecutors and the FBI regarding the ongoing investigations into Epstein, despite his initial promise that he was willing to?
Why did Andrew reach an out-of-court settlement in February 2022 with Virginia Giuffre, estimated as high as £12 million ($16.3 million) by The Telegraph, if he had done nothing wrong?
Why can we not find out where the money for the settlement came from?

To almost all of the above - because, being completely thick, rather than simply tell the truth which would have been his best plan of action, he was convinced he could distance himself from the whole stinky mess ... and the money, I believe, came from the late Queen - topped up with a loan from Charles. That's what I read anyway.
Ellipsis, quite simply because the Royal Family wanted it played down. Probably the payment to Guffrey came from the Royal purse of Mum He's not been treated badly. He's lucky that he has had family help His only crime was complete stupidity and not acting how a Royal should act. None of the other mates of Epstein have been condemned like he has. That includes Trump.
Ellipsis - // If Andrew is so innocent and badly treated, then ... //
I think it's generally agreed that Andrew is 'innocent' in a legal, if not a moral sense.
As for being 'badly treated' - that's simply the result of his innate stupidity and complete inability to view the world from any perspective other than his own, combined with his status as a senior royal.
As mentioned, other prominent figures in Epstein's orbit distanced themselves in good time, and have avoided the fall-out Andrew has suffered - and again that speaks entirely to his inability to actually see what is going on around him, outside his own insular bubble of privilege and unaccountability.

Untitled - // if andrew really thought that what he did was legal then he would have co operated with the FBI... he didn't //
Andrew didn't actually refuse to cooperate with the FBI.
What he, or rather his legal team, offered, was a written statement, which the FBI refused.
What they wanted, was a face-to-face interview, which the legal team refused.
Hardly surprising, given how easily he had condemned himself so cheerfully under Emily Maitliss's skilful questioning, they must have realised that after a few hours of FBI interrogation, Andrew may not actually have seen the light of day again!

Lottie, it was a long time ago but Andrew was stupid enough to visit Epstein and stay at his home after Epstein had been released from prison - allegedly to tell Epstein their association was over. You can bet your boots the others who dropped Epstein like a hot brick didn’t offer Epstein that courtesy. The man is a complete and utter fool.
MissT - // Andy, I mean she targeted him for dosh and publicity recently, not that she chose him for sex 20 years ago! //
I'm not sure 'targeted' is a word I'd use.
Ms Guiffre does not appear to have sought any publicity for her claim - quite the opposite - and in terms of 'cash' - she wanted to face him in court, the settlement was not her idea.
