We got Brexit, not quite the Brexit we want or need just yet thanks to the 5C as TTT puts it putting obstacles in the way - people like you who have tried to undermine it at every turn and still are.
I am confident we will get there, but at the same time I dont want it rushed. Rushed things tend to be ill thought out and no one (apart from remainers like you who said we did) sensible thought that we could extricate ourselves overnight. That would not be good for us or the EU who we do need to keep on side as they are our neighbours.
Does that explain it well enough for you?

David Davis announced "There will be no downside to Brexit, only a considerable upside". Liam Fox said the trade deal with the EU should be one of the easiest in human history (Davis thought it would be already done before Brexit).
Boris did promise not instant Brexit but an oven-ready Brexit, and they believed him. Let's face it, it wasn't even half-baked. I thought it would take at least 10 years to implement (Theresa May thought two years), but that was a gross underestimate. JRM says 20 years, but at the current rate of progress I'm coming to doubt that too.
Perhaps you don't consider any of those people "sensible"; I wouldn't blame you.

//So enlighten me – did we get Brexit or not?//
Yes we did. The UK is no longer a member of the European Union and that's all that matters. That said, we didn't quite get the Brexit I wanted. I wanted the UK to leave without any sort of "deal" with the EU. A deal with the EU was bound to lead to problems as is becoming apparent. But what's done is done.
Of course, I'm sure you understand that Mr Farage is not saying we should not have left (or, if you do believe he is saying that, you are either mistaken or deluded). What he's saying is that the government has failed to take full advantage of it - and I quite agree with him. That's the fault of the government, firstly for agreeing to a deal which could only lead to problems but, more importantly, many in the government (and elsewhere) have seen handling the UK's departure from the EU as a damage limitation exercise rather than the opportunity to take a different path. But I'm sure you know all this anyway.
