Ceasing Recruitment For The Civil Service
This policy is utterly ridiculous, while there may be some departments where it could be managed there are many who could not. My old stomping ground, the Prison Service, has - to the best of my knowledge - been understaffed for decades putting staff under stress and at risk. Without the right to strike they have no way to challenge this idiotic policy.
