I am confused.

 

One of your contributors says there is a five letter fruit to be shaded.

I can see lime  in down column two and also can anagram from down column 4 the word filbert. These do not come from a word , but from a part of the words.

Can you advise

Cruciverbals, I no longer have my grid, but this is from memory. Melon is hidden in a Down column, and it has been 'treated' - it would have been Lemon before!
