Tenge is the monetary unit of Kazakhstan. Divided into 100 tiyn and was introduced in November 1993 to replace the Russian rouble...

yes shaney i agree i was taught if you havent got amnything sensible to say then stay quiet it is a very serious question
This is the problem Warhorse ..I don't mind a bit of banter around AB but when someone asks a perfectly logical and serious question I cannot for the life of me see why people have to waste their time and your inbox space giving stupid answers.If they don't know the answer and can't give a proper answer then why bother !!
Anyway we are not all like that and welcome to AB !
