I have had a very bad evening, my children were playing out in the garden when a bunch of yobs started hurling stones at us, we gave them a mouthful and they gave us a load of abuse and laughed at us.

the yobs ranged in age from 10 to 16, my daughter has been very upset and burst into tears when they were shouting stuff at us, Why is it that these kids are allowed to roam free abusing and vandalising.

they wrecked the phone box the other day, the police have turned a blind eye, I will just sit tight next time and hide in the house with the kids and pray they wont put a window through, what is the country coming to

ring the police and act now, next time iot may be a pensioner they abuse and give the old dear a geart attack.
soz i meant heart, I get mad when this happens to decent people, we should be able to enjoy our gardens and family time without this senseless rubbish, get them asbo'd asap
Get the police involved, definitely. This sort of stuff gets me so mad - I really feel for you cazzz xx
Ring the police.

Make an official complaint. ie you fear for yours and your childrens safety.

If possible gather any such evidence ie idendification, missiles thrown, where they live.

Diary everything that happens.

If the poilce don't take your complaint seriously, tell them you will report it to the police complaints authority.

Don't be seen to be intimadated by them, but at the same time be careful
ring crimestoppers if u know their names , the thing is kids are dragged up now , the parents do not care , failing that , go round their house later and pelt stones at their house , see if they find it funny then
Yep, as Nut and Dot say get the police involved!
You shouldn't have to feel unsafe in your own home let alone your garden. These thugs think they can intimidate everyone, act now and get the little ****'s ASBO's.
They threw stones and shouted abuse at you, if you know who they are, report them and carry on reporting them if they carry on their abuse till they get their just desserts. Just thank the lord you don't live next door to them.

Hope your a bit calmer now and that your daughter is too. Please try not to let this get to you, I did and it was a big struggle to not let it affect me and remember this happens elsewhere also and it wasn't personal.
Take care xx
Sorry as Laurence and Red says also, took too long submitting!
Well I know that this is not right but had the same thing happen to me and my g/f last saturday night we came home from the pub and my g/f was a little worse for wear and was walking home minding our own buisness and these little crunts on bikes started to abbuse us and they were about the same ages as you describe as well cazzz.
But the only way to treat them is is to give them back what they do. so I picked up one ove there bikes that was on the floor and threw it at the little crunts and it is just a shame that it missed them.
then they decided to follow us and know way was I am going to let the crunts know where we live so had to make a stand and stood there and shouted if any of you little crunts has the guts to come past this point where i am standing then you will get your frukking heads kicked in and they all walked away.
And sorry but I am not a violent person but sometimes you have to stick up to protecte your loved ones

I agree with you K9, I have to say though where I live the police are useless, there was a major accident on the corner (joyrider lost control) it took the police an hour to get to us and we live not far from a police station.

my neighbour get abused daily from these yobs and he has used the police to no avail, in fact one of the yobs' dad is taking him to court for harassment!

this is why I titled my post lawlessness, there is crime going on all around me, constantly, I am fed up with the police backing down against the yobs, I am hoping that I will get a move soon so I can leave, it is a shame because this estate used to be a lovely place to live.

other than that I will keep doing the lottery
I know what you mean on here by getting them asboed but I think now that with these little crunts that act like this an asbo is a sign of respect to the littlle freaks, the only language they understand is a good kick in the head to re adjust there brains
My son had his motor bike pinched. It was some time ago now, but the yob who pinched it was well known. My son told the police who had stolen it, he was seen riding it around the neighbourhood. The police did nothing, they were well aware where he lived. They didn't even get back to my son about it. Anyway this thug took an overdose some months later and died. Thats what I call poetic justice, much better than any justice you get from our police force.
Agree with you 100% cazzz about the police they have just become simple mindless morons dictated by this poxy labour goverment but what we have to do is fight them at there own game and twist the rules around to take advantage of them to suit yourself
Nice one pussnboots am very glad to hear that at least there is one of these wastes of space of this planet now burning
Give me two thousand pounds and I will GUARANTEE (or your money back) they will never bother you or your street again.
In 1972 a little chappy by the name of Wardy was born out of a crime he did not commit.

This young man was properly trained and escaped the British Forces, a maximium stockade, after 13 years.

Today he survives as a Soldier of Fortune in a sleepy West Sussex village.

If you've got a problem and the Police can't help. And if you can find me.

Then maybe you can hire Wardy.

lol joe!, you could probably get away with it scott free as well!
Hi cazzz- so sorry to hear about your awful night, I agree with you what is the world coming to,within the last couple of years i think it has got steadily worse.Seeing as the police dont seem to be doing alot why not try lobbying your local mp-make them aware of the lack of policing in your area.Ther is nothing worse than feeling helpless when your trying to do the best for your kids, for gods sake this is summer time & the kids should be able to enjoy the longer evenings! good luck x

On my way home listening to radio2 at 6.30, a guy rang in from the Eurostar thing saying he lived in Worthing and was on his usual weekend trip to his place in france, he said he hasn'rt spent a weekend in UK since November as France is so quiet at weekends with no hassle.

i heard that and thought of you hannibal, i mean wardy lol
