How do get to know him better?

I met this guy on campus the other day. In the cafe he apparently was calling me from across the room but I didn't hear so he came over and asked why I was sitting by myself. He started talking to me and showing me his car on his laptop and playing music and jokingly singing. He also kept flirting with me by touching me like poking and harmless kicking. Then he bluntly asked if I had a bf and I said no, the last guy cheated on me. Then he told me of all the crap his last gf did to him. Then he grabbed my cell and put in his number. After talking some more, he had to get to class and said I could text him anytime I want. Later that day, I did text him telling him I was going to his soccer game and after the game, he called me twice. Yesterday, I texted him saying I was coming to his game again and he got excited. After the game, I stayed, he showed me his car, asked me what classes I had the next day, and he gave me a hug. So does he sound interested? I'm taking it slow and would like to get to know him better. I'm a little scared this time around because guys I've dated in the past only wanted to get in my pants. I don't want to scare him away either. Suggestions?

He is SO interested! And it's refreshing to see that he isn't playing any stupid 'hard to get' games.
