No, unless it is at the beginning of a sentence or in context relates to a recognised place, region or organisation. e.g....

The Society of French Feminists � La Societe Francaise Et Feminisme (made up so don�t quote me on that)

French feminism is quite foreign to me�.

A fundamental flaw of feminism in France is funnily found in far reaching French places�

That is my view anyway.
