How are you going to be disposed of, after death?

Burial? Cremation? Donated to science? Made into a diamond(which can apparently be done now)?
What's your plans, especially this question is for any atheists out there.

I'm only 24 and I already have signed documentation that says on the lines of "I request that after my death (or no longer require) any part of my body be used for treatment of others. After my demise I request that my body, after treating others be given to medical science". Also if I am on life support and have less than a 50% chance of recovery that my body be used for the above, in order to save lives and teach medical students.
My mother donated her body to medical research. It was still a shock when, 2½ years after her death, I got notification that what was left of her was going to be cremated, and would I like to attend. Brought all the immediate grief at her passing back as strong as ever, didn't think it would affect me that much. But I'm immensely proud of her, for thinking of the future generation of medical people, they have to learn somehow, and I'd rather they didn't learn on me while I'm still ticking.
regulo: I get what you mean and it's terrible to have to go through grief twice. You will find though alot of family doctor surgerys are training grounds for people wanting to further their careers and become GP's so I suppose in a way if you visit the doctors you might be getting the once over by a 'leaning doctor'. :)
Cremation and as soon as poss after death. My brother came to Island when my mum was near death. She died on the Sunday morn and was cremated on the Tues. We scattered ashes on the Wed. "Stop throwing Nana " shouted daughter " My bracelet came off the last time I threw and I dont want to be covered !!" Then we had picnic and talked about her. Just what the lovely lady would have wanted. .
