The Future...does It Ready Exit?

Do you actually believe the future exists and is pre planned? If not, how is it that some people see into the future...even in dreams and they do come true? Cognitive thoughts...are they for real?

This reminds me of when the "astrologer" for The Sun was sacked. The Editor ( Larry Lamb, I think ? )
had far too many letters of complaint, so he sacked her, by sending her a letter than started with :::

I don't understand what "ready exit" means!

The reason I asked is because for many years I have 'seen' in either dreams or thoughts, something that later happens down to people being in the exact position I've seen. Cognitive 'thoughts'? I don't know. So I've always wondered if this has happened to others and yes you either have to take my word for it or dismiss it as nowt, it is however true and happened just as I had 'seen' it. A family member when I was young called me a Jonah because I would say summat and it would come true down to words used at an event that I had 'seen'.
