Of course the universe is absolutely perfect for life such as dolphins cockroaches and humans.
Everything is so perfect that any minor digression from all the millions of possibilities for the ratios between the fundamental forces; the age and size of the stars; the size of this planet and so on, would make it impossible for cockroaches or butterflies or humans to evolve and wonder at the beauty and immensity of the universe.
It would not have been humans looking out on that beauty, but Zargons, or some other form of life; or maybe no life at all.
Instead of looking at it from a human perspective ("isn't the universe just perfect for us"), look at it from the perspective of the universe ("Ohh, look at what has emerged: whales and cockroaches and humans - isn't that interesting")
Look up the "weak anthropic principle"
Peace, love and good health to you
