Christians have done their fare share of terrorism -in fact they invented it in the middle ages. Knights killed literally hundreds of thousands of muslims . In my mind one is as bad as the other but I would not criticize anyone's right to follow that faith however misguided.

theland...remind me...what religion was/is the IRA? Muslim? Who planted numerous bombs killing innocent men women and children in the 'Troubles' in Northern Ireland ? Muslims? Both faiths bad as each other and both quite eager to cause pain and suffering for their 'God'.

Auntlydia - You make the basic mistake of the definition of a Christian.
This is found in the New Testament teaching of Jesus Christ.
Anybody can call themselves Christian, but if they don't adhere to the teachings then they are not.
Roman Catholic atrocities throughout the centuries fell far short of the teachings, as did both sides in the Northern Ireland troubles.
Anybody can "adapt" a label, but it means squat.
