However it so cleverly written, that there are levels of understanding at so many levels in even the most simple texts.
Many texts have been misunderstood for years until contemporary events have unlocked them.
This is worth more than instant dismissal by atheists.

The Bible is 66 different books written by many different people over a span of thousands of years. Its astonishing that its works as a coherent work. I am a Christian and believe it is the inspired word of God. See what you think

Why do you speak as though such questions can be answered in a manner comprehensible to your brain, which originated in the African Savannah merely a few thousand years ago?

Like most atheists, it is you who invents a God which you then seem to delight in denying the existence of, - the God you posit is your own, right there in your own noddle - do you not understand that?

You seem not to be aware that many believers would deny that God of yours as well.

Zzzzz..... You are only amazed because you wish...IMO....to try to prove to others that your idealist thoughts are valid. That's fine if you wish to believe in fairy tales....whatever floats your boat..... However please don't assume or try to convince others that yours is the correct way...always IMO think outside the box and the writings you consume and digest ...could be incorrect. How can you prove your theories are right!?

Dunnitall - Yes I do have a mental health issue.
Since 2003 I have been treated for for anxiety and depression, mainly brought on by family problems.
Referred to a psychologist, and used to attend a self help group for talking therapy.
Still on medication, but not been to any therapy for a long time.
Coping well. Thanks for asking.
