Oh no, theland. That won’t do at all. It simply isn’t right. Perhaps you’ll find one of your expert Christian apologists willing to explain it to you ... but I doubt it. They tend to like to leave gaps in their education.
In my opinion, abortion is justified when the health of the mother is in danger.
But abortion for social and financial reasons is taking an innocent life unnecessarily.
Does that answer you?
Theland, No, it doesn’t. You constantly extol the virtues of the bible as the ultimate source of morality. I intimated that God justifies mass abortion, which you were clearly unaware of. Nevertheless, getting a sniff of that, but not actually knowing what you were talking about, you immediately justified it by saying ‘Mass abortion is mass sacrifice’. Not according to the bible. Read it.
If you've read them, why ask me to explain? Furthermore, how does what I would consider pretty disgusting - and that's putting it mildly - equate with what you claim is the ultimate morality of the bible?
No sniping here, Theland. You disagree with abortion on grounds of morality - unless God who you claim to be the ultimate beacon of morality - is responsible. Hypocritical doesn’t begin to cover that.
I can see where someone might find abortion objectionable. What I do not understand is why those who 'pray to end abortion' never seem to pray to end unwanted pregnancies. Seems like that would be the (more) logical approach to eliminating abortion before such a procedure even needs to be considered. I find the whole anti-abortion crusade rather disingenuous.
