Today I came across an interesting quote from the American Philosopher Eric Hoffer

Absolute faith corrupts as absolutely as absolute power

I can certainly see some truth in that. Can you ?

Theland, I have often mentioned, like others on these posts, that I don't know. You know this because you frequently reply that not knowing isn't a good enough answer for you. I'm not quite sure how to offer proof of something I know nothing about, you on the other hand say you do know and you even have evidence. Well, let's have this evidence, show us where we have been wrong all these years. The truth is, and you know it, you don't have any.

Opinions don't need evidence. They're opinions.
Claims need evidence. If you're claiming god exists, you need to produce some evidence of it to be taken seriously.

Complexity depends upon and can only be understood in terms of the simplicity from which it forms. God's have always bookmarked the end rather than the beginning of all and improving understanding.
