Does This Mean Anything

Whenever I go up to the person I like they always get a smile on their face and always ask hows it going. One day my supervisor went up to this person and told them that I had the hots for them (my supervisor said that about himself) i told my supervisor that he wishes that i did. And we walked away i went back up to the person to get a refill (they work at a restaurant) and they asked me hows it going since the last time I seen you and I told them that I wanted to rip my supervisors head off and they were like why I thought you had the hots for him and i was like no and they told me that they were kidding and that my supervisor wasn't my type and that I didn't need someone like him and I said true plus he has the wrong body parts and they were like what I told them that I liked girls and they said awe and smiled. I guess I just don't know what to make out of it like does it mean anything or was she just being friendly?

I suspect just being friendly. But you can't be sure. If she's interested she can make the first move.

I would be putting in a major complaint about the behaviour of my supervisor who had no right whatsoever to interfere in my private life. I would also find somewhere else to have lunch/coffee etc
