Idio...... I've noticed that Religion and Spirituality is not used much nowadays. I think that some of the old devotees have either died (e.g. Theland) or given up their proselytising mission (pl excuse my spelling).
It's a pity, because I've always hoped to have a discussion without dogma and scripture dominating. I'd like to speak as one human (born as an innocent baby and growing up to adulthood) speaking to another such human. Finding out what happened to result in such different viewpoints.
Start threads on whatever it is you want to talk about then, atheist.
I just figured Jesus must have come back and whisked them all away.
Theland has passed and Nailit no longer posts. An empty church on the bank is just another metaphor for these 'awkward' times.

Sad about Theland. I was often very harsh with him and regret it.

what a pity. I used to like reading the comments about various aspects of religion. Still, what will be will be. I live in Northern Ireland and I find that religion is still very much to the fore on a lot of people minds.
