Some people have no problem in worshipping the second most powerful, omnipotent and omniscient being in the Universe. He always gets a bad press. It used to be a tradition in rural Ireland to dress young boys in girls clothing to deceive Old Nick who was determined to steal their souls. Apparently the souls of girls were worthless.

I think that there are many people into devil worship without even realising it.
All the new age hocus pocus for example.
And R.C.'s pray to dead people, forbidden in the Bible, yet they sometimes claim to get a response! Not from God they don't.

Jake - Noxlumos (remeber him?) was into something called Kaos Magick and thought well of LaVey (?) but in my opinion, whether LV was a believer in the devil or not, he certainly did the devils work.
It is shocking that in order to be PC to the Nth degree, these paople are also demanding, and getting "Equal Rights."

As to believe in Satan, you need to believe in God.........how, I wonder, would society present itself IF Satanism was the dominant religion ?

What differences would we see in our daily conduct ?.........or would we be too busy eating babies and raping the vulnerable to care ?

Satanism IS becoming the dominant religion.
It has many forms and denominations.
The greed for gold and unbridled consumerism is in my opinion, just one facet of its march to dominance.
It is not all black sabaths and dancing naked around the campfire, but is gaining ground in our midst in a most insidious way.

The moderators on there scrub posts for the least infringement, like going slightly off topic.
I had a go at them and compared them to stalinist commissars, and also for using "inappropriate language that may cause offence."
First my posts were pre moderated, then came the ban.
I wonder if I'll get a rebate on my license fee?

Theland - whilst I agree that society could do with being a little more altruistic, again, I find equating bad behaviour with a love of Satan and all his works a little difficult to grasp.
