Since Naomi will not give me the ****ing key I have decided to follow Jesus and be a Christian just like Theland. I am ashamed of my past history here so I'm going to devote the time I used to spend on ab to reading the Bible. No question really because I no longer care about what people think. I'll get all my answers from God from now on thank you.

Knights and kings and ministers of state,
Lowly workers with calloused hands,
Some look up and some look down,
Some kneel before the ones that stand.
All are men, I told them so,
None unequal, all the same,
All needed saving,
That is why I came.
"Love your enemies," I said,
They cursed and swore through gritted teeth,
"Love your enemies," I cried,
They bound me with a thorny wreath.
"Believe in me and save yourself!"
They nailed me to a lofty tree.
"I will judge you all the same,
Just as you have all judged me."

Astral Projection (1981)
I left my body the other night,
And set off on a wondrous flight,
I passed the Moon and then passed Mars,
And into space amongst the stars.
Travelling at the speed of light,
Everything was gold and bright,
Interstellar overdrive,
Not knowing where I would arrive.
I flew into the fourth dimension,
And viewed it all with apprehension,
Pure energy was my domain,
I vowed I would return again.
But the vow no sooner said,
I saw myself still there in bed,
Lying awkward on my side,
I realised that I had died.

I've gone all gooey!
Mibs, if I were you .......
Hello, hello... I'm glad to see you all here (hopefully Luna is looking in). I'd like to take the time to say that lifting heavy furniture on a Sunday is no way to spend a weekend and even less of a way to spend a slight hangover. My mother and step-father must be very bad at tetris I think.
Theland - I will read the poems but right now I'm exhausted and very stiff so I won't be able to give them my undivided. Good luck tomorrow, don't stress.
Mibs - Do you remember how to use your PM's m'dear? (They're still under Sports). I think you should nip over and refresh your knowledge (This should be read with more of a bossy, do it now tone rather than a suggestive one ;0)

Can't sleep! That's why I'm here.
New tools and overalls all packed ready, just got massive butterflies in my gut. Crazy I know, but I fear the fear of fearing a new job.
What if ..............?
Suppose they .............?
And how about ..............?
Oh I need a bottle of wine soooo bad, or a pill, or anything to stop me thinking, and thinking, and thinking .......... !
Oh how weak I am.
This time tomorrow night I may be, (hope), that I'll be laughing at myself and wondering why I was so worried.
But it's awful.
This is what made me flip in 2006.
Hey you lot, like it or not, you have all helped me to keep my sanity on AB generally, and on this thread in particular.
Many thanks to you all.
You are all my little safe haven, my freinds in the closet, there in times of need,
That includes you Luna.

Mibs meanwhile, is dressed in waders, and is waist deep in the stream that runs past the cabin.
He fly fishes for a few salmon and trout, as his bottles of beer dangle on strings into the icy fast flowing waters.
Another catch, and the keep net is full.
Mibs pops a bottle and lies down on the grassy banks, sipping his Bud and glorying in the peace of mother nature.
After a another bottle or three, Mibs empties his keep net, returning his catches to the freedom of the stream, and packing up his gear, he returns to the cabin to open a packet of fish fingers.
That night, whilst lying in bed, Mibs experiences something beyond reason.
He cannot describe it. It was there, sort of ........
He saw it, out of the corner of his eye, sort of, and heard it, sort of, and felt a feeling he couldn't quite describe.
This did not fit into any of his pigeon holes, and for a fleeting moment, but only fleeting, he thought of the lunatics in the Sanctuary .......... and then he slept.

Mr 24 dashes about the kitchen trying to make toast and coffee to the thump thump thump of Naomis' walking stick on the bedroom floor.
"Yes Dear," he shouts for the umpteenth time, as Naomis' patience wears thin, and her demands, rising in inverse proportion to her lack of mobility, outstrip his capacity to undertake more than three tasks at a time.
"Do be reasonable, Dear," shouts Mr 24, but this only inflames the inconsolable Naomi, who is not only impatient for her breakfast, but has now heard that dreaded word, "Reason," which is a really crap way to start the day.
Only a visit from the Jehovahs' Witnesses could possibly make her more angry.
Only the thought of two of her close friends, both starting new jobs today, prevent her from throwing one of her Ming Dynasty milk bottles at her pricless print of Che Guevara.
"China ...... Theland ......." she mutters as she falls asleep again to the soothing sounds of Terry Wogan on radio 2.
