I missed the first of the new series last week, but watched the second one yesterday. My question is...what has happened to Father Guy? Only the Methodist minister was seen and mentioned last night and it is he who blesses the boat about to row across the Atlantic in next week's show. Was anything mentioned in the first programme?

I think perhaps it was because Father Guy was a bit boring and also it was said he was not having an easy time settling in. Considering he had refused to marry one couple because one was divorced upset the families and they went to the chapel instead.
