They're back again, just had a call from Indian Peter, a Microsoft Engineer, who was very concerned 'cause for the last few days he's been monitoring my 'poota and it's got lots of problems on it, (seems ok to me).
So we spent a pleasant few minutes talking about the type of problems, and then when he asked me to input that magic phrase "let me in" all I said was I need to know which machine you want me to use 'cause there are quite a few in the Office for some reason we were suddenly cut off, strange that!

I am glad there are more people that string theses con artists along. I had Mary on the other day. She was on about 10 mins before she abruptly put the phone down on me when I told her I don't have broadband or a computer. If I get the solar panel people. I tell them I live in a basement flat eventually.
