Your TV licence has expired - oh no it hasn't, I have a direct debit to pay it annually.
Every day a new one, got to be on your toes these days.

I periodically get emails, about goods that I've allegedly ordered, which address me by my full name and include both my landline telephone number and my full postal address (except, oddly, for the house number). So simply relying on the rule of checking that your name is used in an email (rather than something like 'Dear Customer') clearly isn't enough.
