Just had to Google to see who she was. Apparently describes herself as; "a leftie-Liberal, anti-racist, feminist Muslim."
As for her shouting; if you listen to the Jeremy Vine show on Radio 2 at 12 - 2 pm, you will hear many a shouty person who must believe that the louder one shouts, the more important and correct their opinion becomes.
