The automatic payment method on file for your TVLicensing account has failed to process a GBP 11.99 transaction.
You must renew your license now to avoid prosecution.

If you don't keep up with your payments, we may be forced to cancel your licence or pass your details to a debt collection agency.
Click the "Edit Your Preferred Payment Method" text (inside the Important Message box).
Update the expiration date or choose an alternate preferred payment method as needed.
We tried to take the latest payment from your bank account but we encountered an error, so you must pay the amount by setting up a new Direct Debit.
