Terry is admittedly very unpopular but he is still the best English centre back we have so him quitting will weaken our defence
Who will be the 1st choice centre back pairing now? Gary Cahill has potential as do Phil Jones and Chris Smalling (both injury prone) but Rio Ferdinand is past it and Joleon Lescott and Phil Jagieka are not good enough

A whole hearted player who always gave 100% for England and was proud to be Captain.
Couldn't care less about his private life,it's his performances as a player that should concern England fans and he did a great job.
Hounded out because the FA have no balls and are running scared of those we dare not upset.

So great that at least two of his potential team mates refused to shake hands with him
So great that he turned what should have been a great occasion for Chelsea into a joke
I too do not care about his private life but his own actions have brought into question his judgment and suitablity for the role of England Captain - a job that IMHO he should never have had in the first place

So everything the tabloids write is true?
Do you know him?....I'd be a bit wary of believing everything the papers print.
If you are refering to Terry turning up when Chelsea lifted the European Cup that was a UEFA decision that allowed all five of the players banned for the Final to be part of the celebrations at the end...Of course Terry's presence was highlighted just to give him another kick.
He lost his Captains armband for a crime he was found not guilty of in a court of law, and now the FA will probably find him guilty to appease those who won't accept it.
The only problem these days is the media dig up every possible thing to try and discredit people in the public eye, kick them down a bit.
How anybody can comment on a persons character without even meeting them is beyond me.
