Nothing Going On In Here.
It simply looks so vacant... and no mention of the transfer speculation. As A United supporter... I would like LFC just to hold Mr Sterling to his contract...

If Liverpool can get someone to pay the unbelievable fees which have been quoted then they should snap their hands off because Sterling is a vastly over-rated spoiled kid who doesn't know when he's well off

I agree with the Raheem Sterling situation, although I wouldn't pay anywhere near the prices that have been quoted for him. He has told LFC that he won't go on the pre-season tour, and I think he's making and exit for himself.
Admittedly, he played up front on his own quite a bit last season, and he was getting crowded out by Defenders. He's not quite the finished article and his first touch leaves a lot to be desired. Would like to see him try and form some sort of partnership with Daniel Sturridge (Assuming LFC can keep him fit...). But, if Danny Ings IS going to start the season, then Brendan Rodgers has a bit of a headache on who to start, where to best employ Ings/Sterling/Sturridge and how to keep them all happy.

This is such a shame. He's become 'a kid with an attitude', probably egged on by his agent.
This reputation could easily work against him.
The fact is that Liverpool have to let him go now; for two reasons - if they hang on to him until the end of this season, his value will fall. And he's not going to play at his best for a club he wants away from. If Man City are prepared to pay £50 million for him, I'd let him go. (But I wouldn't spend the largest part of it on Andy Carroll)
