No surprise when the police consistently fail to do their job.  This is a case of a motorist impersonating a police officer and trying to flag down a female driving on the M1.  Fortunately she didn't stop but she reported it to the police and gave them the offender's registration number ... but 'police will not speak to the man face-to-face'.  The next woman driver just might stop and no doubt lessons will be learned - as we're assured they always are.  Hopeless!

As for the fake cop story, wasn't the reason that they screwed up internally between 2 seperate police forces and the issue timed out ? Maybe there should be one national force and get rid of the farce.

you've got them, in sharia courts, but I thought you disapproved. But finding a judge who agrees with what you yuorself have done is always going to be tricky.
