1.dont have there/your own song/anthem
2.and @ your/there matches there are no signs of passion banners, or flags like you see in europe, anfield, and stamford bridge.

and in my opinion people waving, large banners, flags, setting off fireworks etc,,just adds to the atmosphere of the game, and just shows you how devoted fans are of there team and how much they love the game of football.

I live about 5 mins from Old Trafford (so getting home tonight was fun!) and have to say, the most buzz you feel about the place is from the away fans.
It doesn't seem to be a very local following, not like the amount of staunch City supporters.
You see a lot of people about with the Utd shirts but always far more muted than the other fans. Not that it's necessarily a bad thing locally after the Rangers fiasco.
It's mental round here tonight, getting home on a tram packed with lots of sweaty and singing italian men, not seen it that manic since Celtic were down.

Last time i was in London getting the train back to Manchester, loads of City fans came off the platform.
I thought City were playing a London team, silly me they were coming home after a game at maine road
City used to have the second largest supporters branch in the capital.
ps, Northboy i am not a red, i have not been to a football match in years. But i have a pair of eyes and ears
