IMO he was always over rated and has been past it for a few years now, was made to look good because he's played for a top side

was just a mouth on legs the last times he played
For whom did he play ??

I don't think he's one of ours.

There's a biography here http://uncyclopedia.w...com/wiki/Gary_Neville BUT DON'T LOOK IF YOU ARE EASILY OFFENDED.
Nice one bibble, very amusing
Andy Gray's replacement. Although he does have a face for radio
I'm glad to see him off the playing field but I'd hate to see him on TV, I hope that's not the plan! Such a horrible little bugger! The type who would stand behind the bigger boys to mouth off!
He was a good player in his day, but with all his recent injuries and hardly playing for the past few seasons anyone would be forgiven thinking he'd already retired.

One of those players you love to hate. Credit to him though, the best English right-back since Gary Locke.
You can hate Man U and you can dislike him as a person. But he was a top class footballer. He made a full contribution to the success that Man U have had and as you will note by the departures over the years, if he wasn't that good he wouldn't be ending his career there.
Well said Dave.
I'm no fan of his but his record speaks for itself.
Credit where credit is due.
he says hes united through and through, but when he was younger,he used to support bury,
