he was a great player and all wolves fans missed him when he left for the big time.
bet he'll be a massive miss at bradford now where he was coaching and there will be a big tribute to him next week at wolves vs spurs match.
Very sad news, a bit out of his depth when he came to Spurs but always gave 100% and was also very unlucky with injuries

RIP Dean
Very sad....he fought the good fight but sadly lost :(

i didnt like him as a player, esp playing for the dingles. But thats not really important, he made many a large contribution to the game, and sadly never realised his ambitions due to injury.

RIP
Illness piggy..not injury :(
Injury cut short his football career Dris
Not wishing to be disrespectful but thats not what it says in the link I posted.
At the end of the day its a sad day for his family and friends -a tragic loss in any circumstances at such a young age :(
he kept having dizzy spells so was told to quit the game to due health issues.
he retired in march 2005, but he was never as good as he was when he came back from injury due to a car crash, maybe this triggered off the dizzy spells.
I was actually at the Wolves today because the nippers best mate was a mascot at the match.
Genuinly shocked when the news came over the public address system as were a good many who were at the game.
36 is a shockingly young age to die.
RIP Deano
I only found out after I finished work at 7:00 tonight.

I thought he was a fantastic footballer and 36 is far too young for someone to lose their life. Very sad news.
wilkesnell, i thought the dizzy spells might´ve been due to heading the ball too much, i didnt know he had been in a car crash. that must´ve been it,
piggy, yeah had a car crash whilst playing for us, most wolves fans will tell you he wasn't the same player after that but was still a great defender.
