Here we are again, the best NH meeting in the World bar non. Awful weather will not spoil the spectacle, a tough lot these NH lads and lassies. I have done the Placepot and Jackpot and put the first 4 runners in a little bet of their own. Will see how it pans out and whether I need to do a cover later. Have had a single bet in the 2.10 to qualify for the free bet in the 3.30.

Al Dancer @9/2 1.30
Hardline @5/1 2.10
Mister Whitaker @8/1 2.50
Laurina @10/3 3.30
Lady Buttons 4.10
Tower Bridge 4.50

£1.00 Win Acca. 4 X 40p Trebles. 6 X 40p Doubles.

I did have a winner Ken. Bleedin Tavener at Lingfield. It was 10/1 as well when I was looking to put the ITV7 on. :((
Just laid Bbold for one reason...there had been 6 winning favs on the trot.

It lost...the horse not the bet.
Just watched that race Talbot - had a rev f/c on the 2nd and 3rd :-(
Togo; You said that would happen. Still have a few 'live' bets but i did get Josie's Orders @ 9/2 without the fav - a long, long way 2nd (Tiger Roll absolutely hosed home), but still 2nd:-)
Question Author
Tiger Roll looked as if it could run again tomorrow and win the Gold Cup. Superb display in what used to be a Hunters race.
Also got the last @ 7/2, returning £22.50. Which, along with the £11 from Josie's Orders and the £10 refund from the first race loser = £43.50. A very slight profit on the day and even slighter profit on the 2 days taking all free bets and refunds into account. There's always tomorrow :-)
I thought mine was coming to win :0(

Did lay another losing fav at Huntingdon though so all in all not a bad day.
Everyone else in the pub was having winners yesterday except me, only my e/w on Politoloque saved a complete blank.
Today’s bets are...
1.30 Defi Du Seoul
2.10 First Assingnment, THeclockisticking e/w
2.50 Road To Respect, Balko Des Flos e/w
3.30 Faugheen
4.10 Eamon An Cnoic,
Didero Vallis e/w
4.50 Emily Moon
5.30 Any Second Now, Just A Sting e/w

Good luck all
Morning and good luck, Panky. Got my sums totally Dianne Abbott last night. Yesterday's £43.50 return means that, on the 2 days, i am £19.50 down. Hoping to put that right today but have yet to look.Back later with selections that will knock the bookies bowlegged :-)))
Question Author
You are certainly an early starter Panky. Been no better myself, but today changes that. I have stuck with the horses that have won for me before in 4 of the races with the other 2 being winners from across the water. Left the Place&Jackpots alone today and just done a 6 horse 50p E/W Acca instead. The odds are miles better even after taking extra place reduced odds, certainly on yesterdays returns anyway. The usual bet on the first 4 runners and cover later to be had probably. Have a single on the 2.50 and a free bet in the first both on the horses named.

Kildisart @9/1 1.30
Sire Des Berlais @9/2 2.10
Frodon @13/2 2.50
Black Op @11/1 3.30
Modus @20/1 4.10
Epatante @2/1 4.50

First 4 runners. £1.00 E/W Acca. 4 X 20p E/W Trebles. 6 X 20p E/W Doubles.
Question Author
Haha Morning Ken. Someone called her Dianne Abacus last week. Gonna have a look at the ITV7 as well. It is free.
Question Author
Did the ITV7. It is up to £300k today. The Cheltenham runners as my previous choices and the Market Rasen pair are Et Moi Alors 2.25, Lord Getaway 3.05
1.30; £20 win Defi Du Seuil @ 11/4 = £75 or stake back in cash - Sky
2.50; FB £2.50 e.w. Balko Des Flos @ 20/1 = £12.50 or £62 - 365
3.30; £2 e.w. Top Notch @ 12/1 = £8 or £34 - 365
4.10; £1.75 e.w. Didero Vallis @ 20/1 = £10.50 or£47.25 - 365
4.50; £5 win My Sister Sarah @ 9/1 = £50 - 365
5.30; £2 e.w. The Young Master @ 20/1 = £12 or £42

2.10; First Assignment @ 12/1
2.50; Monalee @ 9/2
4.10; Janika @ 9/2
5.30; Just A Sting @ 14/1

20p Lucky 15,£1 e.w. acca. 4 placed = £92, 4 winners =£7,872

Placepot; 2-6-7-10-1-20

ITV7; Cheltenham placepot selections plus Genius and Zamperelli

Good luck, all
Forgot to add; Total stake £42.50
Vindication
To get the free bet and that will go on...
Monalee
In response to an email from Ladbrokes informing me of a £1 free bet, i also saw that i had a £5 free bet (can't remember how i qualified) to be used on any Cheltenham race. So;

1.30; £1 FB on Lostintranslation @ 4/1 = £4
2.50; £5 FB on Monalee @ 9/2 = £22.50

I had wanted to do the Defi Du Seuil/Lostintranslation forecast but the freeby was for win/e.w. bets only.

What a race, what a horse, what a jockey. Bryony Frost makes history. I was surprised that you did not do Frodon Ken after it's last race when it hosed up with lumps of weight.
I've laid Paisley Park here.
That's bad news for my eldest lad....he won 100 on the last race and put it on Paisley Park

I told him if it won he was out on his ear...I will miss him.
Question Author
Haha. Have you sorted an exit deal? (^_*)
Frodon didn't tick many of the stats boxes, Togo, whereas Monalee did :-(. Chose the wrong lady rider. Can't complain so far, though, with £ 20 on 3/1 winner and the f/c in the first (£1.50 rev f/c paid £22.70 odd)
