Whilst playing a game of snooker the other night I made a break of 8 (I'm good me!) although I did pot the yellow ball 4 times in ths break! How?

These are doing my head in, but in a tactical way, although I don't know snooker rules so have no idea, unlike the monopoly, where I was clsoe to working it out, then you posted the answer.

once on the break with a red so 3, then again, 5, then a red, 6 then yellow, 8 then you fouled putting yellow down?

That's ok, I might not have got it but I knew it was probably to do with the browns as there's only two of them to get and they're cheapest.

Hi fmg,
I,m puzzled by this one.
If you pot a red,then yellow,thats 3,then another red,then yellow thats 6 ?
I can,t seem to get beyond that,although like you I,m sure it involves a foul shot on the
yellow.

Hi, the first ball must have been a free ball and you potted yellow as a red.

After the third yellow there were no reds left so you went straight for the yellow.

Then another yellow................2 points.
