A: Can't think of single one, sorry. My philosophy: No pain...good!

A: YOU NOT LISTENING! Food fried in vegetable oil. How getting more vegetable be bad?

A: Oh no! When you exercise muscle, it get bigger. You should only be doing sit-up if you want bigger stomach.

i agree with all this Doctor says, i have spent all my life trying to keep fit, eating sensibly, and have never smoked, have drunk little, and i have ended up with diabetes, arthritis, lung desease, cateracts, a stomach disorder, high blood pressure, you name it, may just as well have done everything 'wrong' then maybe i would have been healthy in old age.

i agree with all this Doctor says, i have spent all my life trying to keep fit, eating sensibly, and have never smoked, have drunk little, and i have ended up with diabetes, arthritis, lung desease, cateracts, a stomach disorder, high blood pressure, you name it, may just as well have done everything 'wrong' then maybe i would have been healthy in old age.
