goal line technology be introduced? Another injustice in the Bolton v QPR game. The ball 2ft over the goal line - referee ruled 'no goal'. Blind, biased or what?

In answer to the question, when Blatter and the rest of the corrupt (my opinion) management of FIFA are replaced with people who care about the beautiful game, and less about their bank balances.

He has to take the Asst Linesman's advice on this so you can't just blame the referee. You're right though...time for technology.

T&S - seems that the Asst Linesman was absent this time!

The ball was at least 2ft inside the goal - so will be a great talking point on Match of the Day.

Just been reported by commentator the Asst Linesman allegedly has stated he never saw the incident! Should be interesting discussion at half time.
Speaking as a ex-Ref / Linesman, when you run the line you are concentrating so much on offsides and the like, so you can't always give a definitive decision if a ball has gone over the line. Football is about the only sport without technology involved in some way...that needs to change.

You couldn't make it up! Now the other Asst Linesman has no noticed a player two yards offside . . . result, A GOAL!
Another howler today at the QPR game
