A few questions on rules of golf. In a four-ball matchplay, after four holes are completed, one of the players is found to have more than 14 clubs in his bag. The rules specify a two hole penaty, but is this for a single player? What if his partner had won all four holes with the legal amount of clubs? Should the team be penalised.
Also, one of the players in a 4 ball moves his marker to allow another player to putt but forgets to replace it to its original location, then putts out. Does the team lose the hole, even if the innocent half of the team won the hole legitimately?
Finally, in a 4 ball, all four players are on or near the green. One player from each team plays each other's ball by mistake. Does that eliminate only them from the hole or does the team that transgressed first lose the hole?
