I would have liked to have seen him belt out the first verse and mumbles along the others, as is tradition.

Why should he sing it? Beth Tweddle didn't sing yesterday, neither have many others. I wouldn't either- I'd just want to listen, look around and enjoy the moment

I'm not saying he should, just it would have looked good. Especially as he cuts quite a elegant, regal figure anyway.
