It's pronounced Tuilangi but spelt Tuilagi because when the early missionaries went out to the south seas they took printing presses to print bibles etc, but they didn't have enough Ms and Ns for the local languages so they left some out of proper names. That's why the capital of Fiji is spelt Nadi but pronounced Nandi, for instance.
