I have been asked by one of the cookery schools in Edinburgh to head up a childrens cookery school. It should begin in April as the kitchens are being refurbished. I'm scared and excited but I'm sure it will all be good.
Also the Environmental Health have passed my kitchen so I can begin my home-business too. So things are looking up, dodgy ankle or no dodgy ankle! lol

Mr BM is a scot through and through Alba. (Despite the fact he was actually born in Wales but he keeps that bit quiet. Although his mum was Scottish and they moved back there when he was a wee bairn). Poor lamb, Scottish mother, Portuguese father, German grandfather, born in Wales he is "nationality challenged".
He has not moved off the sofa ALL day. Whilst that is a tad annoying cos I am flying round like a lunatic trying to get everything ready for a tea party tomorrow, he at least isn't buggering things up.
