I have a problem with whom to support

Obviously it's England first. But it used to be easy.

3. Italy

4. France

And now I'm going out with a BF who is half Italian. I don't know if I should promote Italy up the loyalty list. Maybe it should be ...

Come on Ireland indeed. But our men have a hard act to follow after the women thrashed England 25-0 yesterday...

It's always Wales first(obviously!), then Italy, then the other Celts. I say Italy because every rugby fan admires how they've progressed from a non entity to a nation who now competes fully with more than a few scalps now, most often at home.
I admire England and when Wales invariably drop out of the World Cup(should have won the last one) I always support any home nation left(invariably England) as I did when they won the World Cup under Clive Woodward.
