I wasn't there (ashamed) but Brighton almost beat Hull last night. Late equaliser, apparently.

So now there's a replay ... in Hull.

I feel as though I should go and shout for the Gulls.

Google Maps says 4.5 hours.

Can you really drive from Brighton to Hull in 4.5 hours?

It can take two or three hours to get to the top of the M25!

Won't the Hull game clash with the Olympics?

Plenty of decent museums and galleries in the centre there.
The Deep is worth a look, there is a Premier Inn opposite the Deep.
Old town is worth a look, and keep an eye open for the bicycle 'taxis'.
Don't let folks put you off JJ. Not as if you are going there to live, is it ?

there's some decent hotels and restaurants , a two star Michelin eaterie- if you can get in- but unless there's a little more respect for the next Capital of Culture, in my book, take yer chances at the Premier Inn

I have no doubt that Jane is an excellent fisher of fishermen, - on the other hand, she could always go and stay in Grimbsy where the women are grim and the men are bi.......

Sloopy could always point you in the right direction as to restaurants and clubs, I am sure, JJ.
