A Parallelogram is..... A four-sided plane geometric figure in which each pair of opposite sides is parallel. Consequently, in addition to Hurling, there are lots of sports.....Football and Rugby included.

Thanks everyone for your posts. Yes there are many pitches which can be described as parallelograms but I rather think the question setter is asking for one particular sport. This is why I'm stuck.
