He gave his all in what could be his last match. Some lovey tributes from fellow players. He's done us proud over the years

yeah I thought all the tributes are really thweet
an den I wondered what an AB tribute was - and how small minded and vengeful posters can be

I don't deny his skill, stamina, guts and success playing Tennis but I must be only one ABer who can't abide the bloke.

AB in full swing - never disappoints
Rr. Best leave the thread :’)

Back to the OP... yes, Andy has contributed so much to the world of tennis over the years. Earlier today I re-watched his Wimbledon Championship wins - it was heartening to see the reception he received. I don't think I'd ever seen David Cameron look so animated, thrilled etc!
Yeah annea you’re right with laurel and hardy on my case
Yep :’)
Is this still a Tennis thread?

I like Andy Murray and he has done really well in his career.

He Is not anti-English, well no more than I am. :-)

but ho hum I am just a silly old olda age pensioner
// Yeah annea you’re right with laurel and hardy on my case//

in the context of this thread - is Laurel and hardy one person ?
One has to think outside the box / off the wall - after all this IS AB !
and remember folks nothing need make sense !
Wolf63, this will, I hope, remain a tennis thread - the point-scoring has gone a bit haywire, but...
