Don't please get me wrong, I think there are lots of sports women are good at & a pleasure to watch, golf, swimming, athletics.
It's probably me, but I fail to get excited about it.

I did enjoy the women’s match today though. Well done, the Lionesses.

Don't like the thought if women playing football? Don't watch it. Don't think women play the same as men? You're right, they don't. Don't think women could beat men? Your are probably right. I don't think the top women's tennis player would beat the top mens tennis player either. But thankfully men only play other men and womens teams only play other women.

well done the Lionesses, i didn't watch the match but i feel very proud of them today. Nearly 90 thousand at Wembley, and millions watching on tv, womens football has come of age. Brilliant result.

I don't agree with women doing contact sports e.g. football, rugby, boxing as it sends the message that aggression is OK which it is not. There is far too much aggression in this world, much/most of it perpetrated by men.

In Womans' World, it's a great result. Fantastic for them. But people are getting carried away and exaggerating, ie, Englands' first major trophy since 1966. Ridiculous. Anyone who watched any of the games would have immediately seen the limitations of womens' football. It's the way it is. Ipso fatso. :o)
