I, too, are hoping to get some gardening jobs done (weather permitting) If I can get the hedging done that'l do for now.

He breaks up on Friday. His end-of-year celebration has been moved to Wednesday now. We've not had any messages to say the school is still closed after last Friday so I'm assuming they're opening up as usual this morning. I understand there was a lot of sickness on Friday but thankfully Ratty's been fine.

ours have been on hols for a couple of weeks now..they are swarming like wasps..lol.. something amiss happen at school on Friday ?

It was supposed to be his end-of-year celebration and all the kids had learned the Shakira song, Try Everything. It got cancelled an hour before and all the parents got asked to fetch their kids straight away because the school was closing due to the level of sickness.

aww what a shame bet the wee ones were disappointed... hope wee sausage manages to avoid whatever it is, he has had a fair bit of ickypoo for a little un of late
