I'm delighted S Africa won. I really went off the French during this World Cup. Singing their anthem when they weren't playing. A bit like singing Happy Birthday  to yourself at someone else's party.

Gutted, not because I'm especially a French fan but it's now going to be another southern Hemisphere win and I'm getting bored with that. England, as usual are the last hope for the NH and we have no chance against the Boks or the Kiwis. We have sort of sleep walked in to the SF helped by a favourable draw. France and Ireland are streets ahead of us and they are out. The whole RWC is getting pointless.

Both teams were fantastic. I have nothing against SA, I just liked the way the French fought back after each point against them, so started rooting for them.

Yes it's a bit odd seeing that semifinal line up. But then it was always going to be so. Well done England for getting there. We (Ireland) must wait again but there are hopeful sights with the continued international success of the youngsters

Some good games over the weekend and looking forward to the semifinals.  Living in England but not being English I found it funny when they were playing the England national anthem and Farrell was singing God save the Queen.  Also watched the Exeter Chiefs against Saracens what a game for the Chiefs.

Betfred were offering 33-1 yesterday but I bet one of the one-line cos is offering something even higher. England have beaten SA in recent times - no, not in 1906 but 2021 in the Autumn series. I prefer having them instead of the French playing on their own turf.

I think England's best chance to win against RSA will be to try and slow the play down with the speed RSA have on the wings and in all the backs really they wont want to much open play.
