I am beginning to wonder if Scottish people under certain conditions might be called British. Murray is an example, miserable git tis true, but at least I was able to understand the dour interview he gave. Scotties normally just grunt.
his first serves was really poor, but hes such a fighter never gave up! you could see in his eyes that he really wants to win. hes getting stronger and stronger, his opponent was fantastic tonight and didnt give up either, but Murray was just too strong mentally and physically. i hope he gets into the final.
How can you compare Henman and Murray(with an A) they are in different leagues, Henman Career titles 11
Highest ranking No. 4 (8 July 2002)
Murray-Career titles 12
Highest ranking No. 3 (11 May 2009)
and still going strong, so no contest, And the usual stands when a scot is winning all of a sudden he becomes british, when losing its hes a scot,
Finally yes I have to agree it was a great game
Fieldivision - you trot out the old chestnut about winning Brit or losing Scot but can you actually back this up with verifiable examples. This is a humorous line that has grown legs to become a factoid.
