Perhaps you're right captin, the first time I saw him play was an exhibition game against John Spencer in 1968 I think, in an exhibition match against John Spencer and not only was his play brilliant but the way he handled the audience was outstanding, After that night my father and myself saw him play many times and he always gave his all, any snooker fan who had the pleasure to see him when he was in his prime will tell you there was none better
